"Every moment in time is a platform upon which we can play our selves. We do so by acting in particular roles that are often dynamically shifting from one space to another. Last year’s Sandbox folly portrayed each month as a room in plan. Stages does so in elevation to model the year framed by two arbitrary horizons of past and future. These infinite planes can be seen to glide down the metaphorical structure as time passes to create new places for us to perform."
